Images impossible to photograph

Schambert Studio offers new collections of high-end posters created from photorealistic, imaginary, or impossible-to-capture-in-reality images.

Vintage cars, aviation, motorcycles, boats, landscapes, lifestyle, fashion, mythical places, retro scenes, or timeless visions: each visual imagined by photographer Christophe Schambert is designed as a powerful decorative image, intended to give character to an interior.

The posters are printed on high-quality matte paper, in simple and elegant formats, with finishes offering titles within the image or captions integrated into the margin to evoke the spirit of vintage posters.

Photographs by Christophe Schambert

I walk along the dunes of Hauts-de-France, I watch for dawn on the beaches and cliffs of Normandy... With each season, nature reinvents itself, and I pursue it like one follows an idea: gently, patiently, until the image asserts itself.

Sometimes, it's not just landscapes. They are places that remember: a bunker eaten by the sand, a stele in the shadows, a road marked by time, a historical vehicle still like an open page. I love this boundary between beauty and memory, when reality tells more than it shows.

These images are designed to live on paper, as art prints made to last, to decorate a home, to accompany a life. Some find their way into books, to tell a story, like a timeless testimony.
